CareAlign's standards based interoperability platform takes non-standards based data, reformats it into a standard and transmits that information to the receiving systems. CareAlign's order and results automation allows providers to transmit orders and delivery results in a variety of ways. Discreet data is stored as individual data elements and unstructured data is tagged with identifying indicators and stored for appropriate display, query and reporting. Information from various participants is securely housed in individual vaults with patient matching capabilities to display the information across settings. CareAlign's robust reporting tool crawls through discrete and blob text within the application and in reporting vaults to allow for ad-hoc and standard queries. Allows providers across the continuum of care to communicate in a secure manner, attach chart elements, audit activity for follow-up and save correspondence to the patient's chart.
