Michael Webb joined Informatics Corporation of America (ICA) in 2007. Mr. Webb has over eighteen years of extensive experience accurate and reliable financial management of a wide variety of organizations including health care and government contracting services covering GAAP, FASB, and SEC for public and private organizations. Additionally, Mr. Webb has over fourteen years of treasury management experience and is responsible for stewardship and precise management of funds.
Mr. Webb’s experience provides him significant managerial and operational expertise in creating and managing systems and processes for large and start-up organizations. Most recently, Mr. Webb served as the Vice President, CFO and Treasurer for Capstone Government Services, a start-up healthcare organization founded by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Tennessee and CIGNA Healthcare. Mr. Webb holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Harding University and began his career at the public accounting firm of Ernst & Young, LLP.
