Michael Webb joined Informatics Corporation of America (ICA) in 2007. Mr. Webb has over sixteen years of extensive experience in accurate and reliable financial management of a wide variety of organizations including health care, government contracting, and senior living services covering GAAP, FASB, and SEC. Most recently, Mr. Webb served as the Vice President, CFO and Treasurer for Capstone Government Services, a start-up healthcare organization founded by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Tennessee and CIGNA Healthcare. Mr. Webb holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Harding University and began his career at the public accounting firm of Ernst & Young, LLP.
