Brian Higdon is Vice President of Client Services, for Informatics Corporation of America (ICA), responsible for the implementation and support of the ICA solution across the country. Mr. Higdon joined ICA in September 2010. His area of expertise is client services and implementation strategies, with a proven history of client satisfaction.
Professional and Industry Experience
Mr. Higdon has more than 22 years of experience in both military and civilian sectors, with strong leadership skills. He most recently ran Client and Member Services for Affinion Group, a $1.5B international marketing company where his teams developed and delivered client solutions for 4,500 institutions and more than 30 million customers.
Prior to this position, he served as a Manager for Arthur Andersen in the Business Process Consulting Group, where he worked with national clients providing solutions and driving consistent execution across a variety of industries.
Mr. Higdon began his professional career in the US Army where he served as a unit leader in several of the Army’s most elite and advanced rapid deployment forces, leading groups of 25 to 45 soldiers in support of international missions and objectives. He is a decorated combat veteran, Ranger and Airborne school graduate, with several distinguished awards
